    How Reject A Car Works

    1.

    Send the Reject A Car team a message via our website live chat, email us on info@rejectacar.co.uk or call us on 0845 643 4507 and the team will arrange a mutually agreed time to discuss over the phone with you what the issue is and how we can help.

    2.

    You pay Reject A Car a one-off fee of £175.00 inc. VAT and fill in the online form regarding your case. We will then start off the process by sending you a letter of engagement to sign and a detailed form to complete. We are always on hand to help at any stage of the proceedings.

    3.

    Reject A Car will be in touch with the seller via our unique email system so the seller does not know we are acting on your behalf.

    We send an initial email and a recorded delivery letter stating your rights to them and the agreed resolution.

    We recommend that if the seller rings you ignore the call or if they email you at your personal email address just email it straight through to us and we will handle it for you.

    If you don’t have an email give us a call and we can handle it by good old paper!
